1. Tell me a little about PrimaVista Records? PrimaVista Records is both a record label and a music store, specializing in music composed and/or produced by Misha Segal. (For more information on Misha, please see the Bio page on www.mishasegal.com.) As a record label, PrimaVista Records produces and markets Misha's music. As a store, PrimaVista Records sells Misha's music, whether or not it was released on the PrimaVista Records label. Some of the titles we carry in stock, and others may be sold by affiliate outlets. (See # 2 below.) The day-to-day operations of PrimaVista Records (the label and the store) are led by Mr. Segal, backed by a dedicated team engaged in legal liaison, finance, publicity, marketing, sales and customer service. 2. How do I know if an item is in stock or not? Look for the . 3. Where is PrimaVista Records and its warehouse? Los Angeles, California. 4. Can I come to you and buy a record in person? We're strictly an online business. 5. What methods of payment do you accept? Shop online and pay with any major credit card through our shopping cart checkout system, or send a money order, business check or personal check to PrimaVista Records, Attn: Order Dept., 20841 Ventura Blvd, # 359, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. If you do the latter, please enclose a clear note on what you're buying, who/where to ship it to, and any special requests like giftwrap, Misha's autograph and special shipping instructions. (If you order via mail order and would like to receive your CDs sooner than than 3 weeks, please enclose an extra $15 for expedited shipping. Also, the day you mail your check or money order, please also send us an email to let us know a check/money order is on the way.) . 6. How soon do orders go out? As long as the CD is in stock, usually within 48 hours (often much sooner) of receiving confirmation that payment has been processed, which varies depending on your method of payment. For instance, pay online with a credit card, and your order will go out that day or shortly thereafter; send us a check or money order and your order will go out the day or day after your check/money order clears our bank. That's why we must allow up to 3 weeks for you to receive your CD if you purchase via mail order; the check must clear our bank, which can take a while if you're out of state, etc., and then the CD has to get from Los Angeles to you. . 7. How are orders shipped? Until further notice, we ship all online orders via United States Postal Service Media Mail, which is almost as fast as First Class and allows us to extend shipping and handling at no cost to you! Mail Order purchasers have the option of requesting faster shipping and adding $15 to the total price for this expedited shipping. Soon we'll have a Mail Order ordering page you can print and include with your check. Until then, please enclose a note detailing everything we need to know to service you well. . 8. Where do you ship? Anywhere the United States Postal Service does. Though, we reserve the right not to ship to certain countries for security reasons. If you live in such a country and order CDs, we'll let you know and will refund your payment. However, we offer an Instant Download page where you can download much (but not all) of the music that is available on this site, so everyone, everywhere can enjoy the music. . 9. What is your return/refund policy? The following two points must be met: 1) We will accept back for refund albums which still have our shrinkwrap on them. If they've been opened, they're not return/refundable. You can hear audio samples on the Listen and Instant Download pages, so you'll be sure to enjoy what you're buying! 2) We will only deliver refunds on albums we, ourselves sold. (You'll notice that some of our product, e.g., Phantom of the Opera soundtrack, is not sold out of our own stock but by and through outside sellers, e.g., Amazon or their resellers, etc., in which case you would have to contact them for service or refund). 10. How do I reach you? Email us and expect a response anywhere from immediately to 48 hours, depending on the day and date. If it's imperative you get us on the phone, we'll be happy to speak with you. Please email your situation with your telephone number and we will call you back at our earliest convenience, usually anywhere from immediately to within 48 hours. . 11. Do you giftwrap? Absolutely, and unless noted otherwise on the product page, we do it for free. As part of the check-out process, you should see a box that says "Optional Instructions" where you can request giftwrap. If you don't see the option, just email us immediately following your order and request it; we should get that email about the same time notice of your order comes in. (Be sure to request it, though, because while we're a great group of people, we're not mindreaders. ;-) . 12. Will Misha autograph my CD? Sure! Just let us know to whom you'd like Misha to address the autograph, and he'll be happy to do it. (See # 9 above for instructions on how to get us the information.) . 13. What of the album cover images on this page, is this all the music Misha's done? Not by a long shot. We're in the process of creating and cataloguing jpegs of Misha's album covers.
